Okta Secures AI
→2025 to Present
I was a core member of the team that pitched this idea directly to the CEO, built a design and research team from scratch, and led the product end to end. What started as a hunch in early 2025 became the centerpiece of Oktane, Okta's flagship annual conference, and the company's #1 priority for 2026.
Access Request
→2022 to 2024
Okta acquired a product to solve access requests, but the experience wasn't meeting customer needs. I championed a full redesign, partnered with PM and Engineering to drive it end to end, and shipped a solution that has seen strong adoption across enterprise customers.
Access Certifications
→2021 to 2022
Designed a zero to one access certification product for enterprise IT teams, simplifying complex review workflows and reducing the time to complete audits across large organizations.

Unified Look & Feel
→As design lead, I drove the strategy and interaction design to bring coherence to Okta's navigation across all first party apps.
Webex Share
→Led the end-to-end design of Webex Share, a plug-and-play device for wireless content sharing, from concept through launch, shipped to enterprise customers globally.
Webex Assistant
→Defined the UX vision and interaction model for Webex Assistant, a AI powered assistant used in meeting rooms.
